It is important to get these output (G Code) correct and customise it to suit your machines, though SOLIDWORKS CAM comes with some Standard post processors for free it may not be suitable for your machine, or you may like to customise header, the start of tool change, rigid tapping codes etc. Each post processor is designed to generate quality CNC code that meets the requirements of the machine control.
